This Year’s November Gratitude Project – Travel

Last November, I shared a different thing I am grateful for each day. This was nothing unique. Many people do it each year. I could continue my list this year with something different each day or I could focus the whole month on one thing delving into details. That’s precisely what I decided to do.

I’ve said again and again that I’ve been extremely blessed over the years to travel the world. I am very grateful for these experiences, all of which have helped shape me into the person I am today. Unfortunately, this blog has only been around for a few years covering only a small selection of my life’s adventures.

So, instead of doing what I did last November leading up to Thanksgiving, this month I’ll share with you some of my travels and adventures over the years including tours and experiences with The Texas Boys Choir, with my family, while living in Hungary, and as an exchange student in Australia. I will try to write each post like I do with my current adventures.

This month will be a celebration of travel. I am so grateful for the many opportunities I’ve had over my nearly thirty years. I am thankful my parents traveled took us on travels across the country and provided opportunities and means to experience the world. I am grateful for the many lessons I’ve learned on my adventures – from host families, at historical sites and museums, while observing diverse cultures and peoples, and from hours surrounded by the magnificence of God’s creations.

To start the month out, here are some montages from the three PRSSA National Conferences I attended while at BYU. The first was in Philadelphia, the second was in Detroit, and the third was in San Diego. Maybe I’ll share one or two adventures from them over the next month.
